Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations within the Flint, MI territory. You will engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, share promotions, and collect feedback while delivering memorable brand experiences.

Applicants should be outgoing, reliable, and comfortable in fast-paced retail environments. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with travel within the territory implied.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with consumers in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
Distribute approved promotional materials and offers.
