2020 Companies is seeking full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across Michigan. You will engage adult consumers, share promotions, and collect feedback while traveling within your territory.

The role emphasizes energetic communication, relationship-building, and compliance. A high school diploma is required, and a driver’s license with reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active during scheduled events.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
