Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the territory. You will engage adults in conversations, share brand offerings, and collect consumer feedback.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, confident communicators with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences. No tobacco industry experience required, but a great personality and reliability are essential. Travel is required within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, hospitality, events, or related promotional roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Collect market feedback via consumer surveys and reporting tools.
• Distribute promotional materials and licensed offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on available promotions to drive engagement.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey completion in reporting systems.
• Maintain activation materials and displays in professional condition.
• Travel throughout the territory to support visits and events.
