Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educating guests about AE and Aerie products and sharing our loyalty program.

You’ll be a team player who can handle various store tasks—from Salesfloor to Stockroom—while maintaining brand integrity and providing friendly, high-energy service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
