Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with your REAL self. You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

You will resolve guest concerns promptly, work with a team, and stay energized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great service.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred; you must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations to fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with your team to get the job done.
