Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an exceptional in-store shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, excited about AE & Aerie products, and capable of guiding guests with the AEO Selling Model while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include educating guests, promoting the loyalty program, and flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. We value energy, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can build rapport quickly.
• Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products and can share their features with guests.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.
