Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and driving brand loyalty. You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while solving guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Energetic, people-facing and able to multitask in a fast-paced store.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products and represent the brand.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the brand loyalty program and other channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
