Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, educating them on AE and Aerie products, and promoting the loyalty program and brand channels.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering friendly, proactive service. Your energy and people skills help you handle fast-paced tasks while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can handle a fast-paced environment.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You are passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• You’re a people person and engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suggestions.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• You flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• You are a team player and support your coworkers.
