Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, educate on AE and Aerie products, share loyalty programs, and help guests find exactly what they need with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, handle guest concerns, and uphold company policies. Prior retail experience and energy in a fast-paced environment are a plus; must be at least 16 years

• You are a people person and can engage with guests using a friendly, helpful approach.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You communicate product details clearly and confidently to customers.
• You are committed to brand values and providing excellent service.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
