Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Roseville, MN. You will bring our brand to life daily, creating an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, educate them about AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. This role requires energy, people skills, and flexibility across store zones.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Show flexibility by working on Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
