Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in our Roseville, CA location. You will provide an exceptional shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and drive loyalty program participation.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, delivering friendly, energetic service while upholding brand standards and policies. This role emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friendly, casual approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful recommendations to fit needs.
• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed to support store operations.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policies and maintaining brand integrity.
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment.
