Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Bloomington, MN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and drive loyalty program awareness.

Flexibility across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and fitting areas is required. You are a people person with energy, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and committed to brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Energetic, customer-focused and able to multi-task.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fittings.
• Introduce loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support the team and help get the job done.
• Uphold company policies with integrity.
