Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Eagan, MN to bring our brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You are the face of AE and proud to share our products and values. You’ll use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie items, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 16+ years old and energetic.
• Able to work across multiple store areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote AE & Aerie loyalty programs and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity and teamwork.
