American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Rochester, MN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You are the face of our company, passionate about AE products, and eager to build brand loyalty with every guest. You will engage customers, educate on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while sticking to company policy.
• Be a team player – collaborate to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
