Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy! and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are front and center.

You’ll visit stores, capture photos, place orders via iPad, and work with RTMs and store teams to keep stock and promotions aligned. This role combines customer service with hands-on merchandising across territories.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Ability to follow planograms, build displays, and maintain shelves.
• Comfort with mobile tools to order, photo capture, and schedule visits.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety by lifting, bending, and moving product as needed.
