Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to drive in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will manage stock, displays, and orders on an iPad, while building strong relationships with store personnel and shoppers.

You will travel to multiple store locations near Lima, OH, Decatur, IN, and surrounding areas, following RTM plans and supporting promotions and launches.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Delivers outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Executes daily store visits and captures display photos via DMI.
• Builds relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Orders product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implements promotional displays and ensures RTM plan compliance.
• Follows daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Supports seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
