Job summary

Mondelēz International in Maryland seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Triscuit to life in retail settings. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock for shoppers, visiting assigned stores with a focus on execution and visibility.

You will use iPad and Salesforce to place orders, follow planned promotions, and report store insights to your RTM and managers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Deliver excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Place orders via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Execute promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage across locations.
• Support seasonal product launches and high visibility events.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant while handling product movements.
