Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to be the face of iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!. You will stock shelves, build displays, and manage in-store execution with a focus on in-stock conditions and promotional displays.

The role requires driving to assigned stores, strong customer service, and the ability to perform light physical work. Mileage reimbursement and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to lift and move products up to 25 lbs repeatedly
• Able to drive own vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed
• Live within 25–35 miles of the Baton Rouge, LA area

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and serve as the face of iconic brands
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance
• Follow daily schedules for efficient coverage and coordinate with RTM team
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products
