Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and execute displays, ensuring shoppers find our brands front and center.

The role requires reliable, customer-focused service, daily store visits via company tools (iPad and Salesforce), and following RTM plans while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple stores.
• Experience in retail or grocery is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Troy, OH; secondary locations listed.
• Open availability with weekdays and one weekend day.
• Start time 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence as you are the face of iconic brands and the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving product.
