Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and execute displays to ensure products are available and properly showcased.

You’ll use iPad-driven ordering and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions, coordinate with RTMs, and support seasonal launches while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or GED obtainable during employment.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance coverage; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift, bend, and move products up to 25 lbs; up to 50 lbs for occasional loads.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Swansea, MA; secondary location Providence & Smithfield.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits per DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Place orders via iPad to keep shelves and displays in stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical tasks as required.
