Job summary

Mondelēz International's Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer is a full-time frontline role bringing iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store, building relationships, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are perfectly placed and in stock.

You will represent the company in-store, deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers, place orders via iPad/Salesforce, implement promotional displays, and support seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location (Gladstone, MO).
• Schedule availability: Four weekdays and one weekend day, start by 7 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DMI merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant in a physically demanding role.
