Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will service retailers, stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are readily available and visible on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with store personnel, on-the-go ordering via iPad, and adherence to RTM-planned promotions, with safety and physical demands as part of the daily routine.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via the digital merchandising initiative (DMI).
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; capable of lifting and moving product as needed.
