Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring beloved snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock while building relationships with store staff.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as you are the face of these iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving product.
