Job summary

HOKA, a Deckers Brands store, is seeking a Sales Lead to act as the Manager on Duty, set sales and service targets, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will educate customers about our Brand and products, maintain a positive attitude, and uphold Brand standards across operations.

You will also handle the cash register, inventory, opening/closing duties, and maintain a well-organized back area while supporting community events and store programs.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive sales and service targets and motivate the team to achieve store goals.
• Create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about our Brand and products.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and manage inventory daily.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, and maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area.
