Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication.
• Past retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic math and use a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Greet customers and understand their needs.
• Inform customers about product features and benefits.
• Complete sales through suggestive and multiple selling and closing.
• Keep the floor neat, stocked, and properly labeled.
• Protect products by monitoring merchandise and reporting issues.
• Follow safety regulations and lifting procedures.
