You will collaborate with leadership to align branding, ratings, and growth objectives, while maintaining standards and workflows across the department. You will write, produce, and edit high-quality material for multiple platforms, guide the team, and partner cross-functionally on log formatting and promotional timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading promotions and creative production from inception to delivery.
• Strong understanding of branding and TV promotion strategy.
• Ability to align creative work with ratings and brand growth objectives.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with leadership to align creative strategy with ratings and brand growth objectives
• Maintain and evolve creative standards, workflows, and best practices across the department
• Write, produce, and edit quality creative material for Weigel’s platforms, setting the standard related to the brand presentation of the Weigel networks
• Provide your team with feedback and guidance on all aspects of day-to-day tasks and core job functions
• Spearhead recruiting, developing, and retaining top creative talent
• Perform additional duties as assigned
