Job summary

MaintainX, a leading brand design team within marketing, seeks a program/operations role to orchestrate the Brand Design workflow. You will own intake in Asana, ensure complete briefs, and drive the end-to-end process so designers can focus on creating.

You will partner with Marketing Program Management on major initiatives, monitor capacity, and keep files organized. You will build reporting to quantify output and impact across campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

• Has run project delivery for an in-house creative, design or marketing team.
• Own intake processes and establish a high-standard brief.

Responsibilities

• Own intake in Asana and prioritize requests with a complete creative brief.
• Build and maintain processes moving work from request to delivery.
• Partner with Marketing Program Management on large initiatives with clear milestones.
• Track team capacity against demand and surface trade-offs early.
• Keep project files and deliverables organized for fast retrieval.
• Build reporting showing team output and impact in qualitative and quantitative terms.
