MaintainX, now part of Autodesk's Operations Solutions, sits on the Brand Design team within Marketing. You will own the operating rhythm of the Brand Design team, from request intake to final delivery.

You’ll partner with Marketing Program Management on major initiatives, manage capacity, and ensure files, briefs, and milestones stay organized. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, clear communication, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• You’ve run project delivery for an in-house creative, design or marketing team.
• You’ve owned intake and set the standard for a good brief.
• You’re fluent in a work management tool. Asana is ours.
• You plan across many teams, set milestones, and turn scattered feedback into clear next steps.

Responsabilités

• Own intake in Asana. Review new requests with Marketing stakeholders, ensure complete briefs, and prioritize what the team takes on.
• Build and maintain the processes that move work smoothly from request to delivery, adapting and optimizing.
• Partner with Marketing Program Management on large marketing initiatives each year with clear milestones and deadlines.
• Track team capacity against demand and raise trade-offs early so deadlines are decisions, not surprises.
• Keep project files and deliverables organized so anything the team has made can be found in seconds.
• Build the reporting that shows what the team delivers and the impact of that work, in qualitative and quantitative terms.
