Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, is seeking a Brand Design Operations Coordinator to own the operating rhythm of the Brand Design team. You will manage intake in Asana, ensure complete briefs, and keep work flowing efficiently from request to delivery.

You will build and optimize processes, partner with Marketing Program Management on large initiatives, and forecast capacity to keep deadlines as decisions. Join a team shaping campaigns, web, launches, and events with impact.

Qualifications

• You’ve run project delivery for an in-house creative, design or marketing team.
• You’ve owned intake and set the standard for a good brief, and you’ve gotten requesters to follow it.
• You’re fluent in a work management tool. Asana is ours.
• You plan across many teams, set milestones, and turn scattered feedback into clear next steps.
• You notice what’s broken before anyone tells you and arrive with a proposed fix.
• You influence through rationale, data and diplomacy, and you’re clearly on your stakeholders’ team.

Responsibilities

• Own intake in Asana. Review new requests with Marketing stakeholders, ensure complete briefs, and prioritize on a timely basis.
• Build and maintain the processes that move work from request to delivery, consistently optimizing.
• Partner with Marketing Program Management on large initiatives, setting start dates and milestones with clear reasoning.
• Track team capacity against demand and raise trade-offs early so deadlines are decisions.
• Keep project files and deliverables organized for quick retrieval.
• Build the reporting that shows team outputs and impact in qualitative and quantitative terms.
