Job summary

MaintainX, part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is seeking a Brand Design Operations Manager to own intake, processes, and workflow for the in-house design and marketing team. You’ll ensure briefs are complete, prioritize work, and keep Asana organized so designers can focus on creative work.

You’ll partner with Marketing Program Management on major initiatives, forecast capacity, set milestones, and build reporting that shows impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects for in-house creative, design or marketing teams.
• Own intake and set a standard for a clear brief.
• Fluent in a work management tool; Asana is ours.
• Plan across many teams, set milestones, and turn feedback into next steps.
• Identify issues early and propose fixes.
• Influence through rationale, data and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Own intake in Asana and prioritize requests with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain end-to-end processes from intake to delivery.
• Partner with Marketing Program Management on large initiatives with milestones.
• Track team capacity against demand and surface trade-offs early.
• Keep project files and deliverables organized for quick access.
• Build reporting to show deliverables and impact.
