Job summary

DWYER INSTRUMENTS, LLC seeks a strategic brand and content leader to shape our corporate narrative across external channels. You will translate priorities set by Marketing into brand architecture, content programs, and channel execution, collaborating with Communications and senior leadership.

This enablement role champions AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation, scale programs, and improve quality.

Qualifications

Significant, demonstrable experience in driving brand strategy and content marketing in B2B.
Proven experience managing corporate brands in growth-stage or enterprise organizations.
Strong storytelling, editorial leadership, and executive communications skills.
Hands-on use of AI-enabled tools to scale content or brand programs.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve brand architecture, identity, and standards across the organization.
Develop external content strategy across owned, earned, and shared channels.
Translate messaging frameworks into narrative platforms and storytelling themes.
Partner with Marketing Services to embed AI tools into day-to-day brand production.
Lead, align goals, and manage brand specialists and agencies.
Support corporate readiness, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications.
