Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a strategic, commercially minded brand and content strategy leader to shape the corporate brand, content programs, and external narratives. This senior role guides brand architecture and messaging across channels, translating priorities from the Director, Corporate Marketing.

Fully remote with East Coast preferred, you will partner with senior leadership, manage agencies, and drive AI-enabled workflows to scale content creation while maintaining quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience driving brand strategy and content marketing in B2B or corporate environments.
• Proven ability to develop and manage corporate brands at growth-stage or enterprise companies.
• Experience building external engagement programs and aligning messaging with business objectives.
• Strong executive-level partnership and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve brand architecture, positioning, and identity system across channels.
• Develop and execute external content strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
• Lead AI-enabled tools and workflows to scale content creation without increasing headcount.
• Integrate brand initiatives across marketing, communications, investor relations, and product marketing.
• Manage agencies, vendors, and a growing team to deliver high-impact programs.
