Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate iPad/laptop and Mobile POS, use walkie talkie, read price/product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and offer personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support in-store social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
