Job summary

Wellby Financial seeks a Brand & Communications Manager to lead brand voice, external communications, and multi-channel content. You will oversee editorial standards, messaging strategy, and media relations to support campaigns and member engagement.

In this role you’ll create marketing materials, guide senior leadership messaging, and collaborate across departments to maintain a cohesive public image and strategic communications plan for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of brand management, communications, or marketing experience in financial services preferred.
• Experience with content development across email, web, campaigns, and executive communications.
• Experience leading public relations, media engagement, or external communications initiatives.
• Familiarity with branding in regulated environments; experience with project tools like Asana, Meta, HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior steward of Wellby’s verbal identity across channels.
• Provide editorial oversight for brand consistency and quality across campaigns, partnerships, and organizational initiatives.
• Develop high-quality marketing materials including email campaigns, website copy, blogs, executive messaging, product and campaign messaging, and external communications.
• Lead complex, high-visibility deliverables to accelerate campaigns and support priorities.
• Coordinate with production and operations to ensure timely, cohesive messaging.
• Maintain a forward-looking content pipeline aligned with campaign calendars and priorities.
• Provide messaging support for integrated marketing campaigns and enterprise initiatives.
• Identify and secure media opportunities and strengthen relationships to enhance brand visibility.
