Job summary

Wellby Financial is seeking a Brand & Communications Manager to lead the company’s brand voice and external communications across channels. You will supervise messaging standards, craft executive communications, and ensure consistency with campaigns and partnerships.

You’ll drive content creation—from emails and website copy to blogs and press materials—while expanding capacity and aligning with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of brand management, communications, or marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience leading public relations, media engagement, or external communications initiatives.
• Strong branding and marketing knowledge in regulated environments.
• Experience using Asana, Meta platform, and HubSpot or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Wellby’s verbal identity and brand messaging across channels.
• Provide editorial oversight for campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives.
• Develop high‑quality marketing materials including emails, web copy, blogs, and executive messaging.
• Lead content production and coordinate with marketing operations for timely delivery.
