• Bachelor's degree required; business, marketing or communications focus preferred.
• 7+ years in Communications, Marketing or related field.

• Advises leaders and embeds communications expertise into business operations with data-driven feedback loops.
• Leads change management communications for internal and agent audiences, driving adoption and alignment.
• Creates engaging communications assets for agency, internal, executive, and marketing use.
• Ensures marketing tactics align with day-to-day operations, campaigns, and offers.
• Champions Westfield brand voice and reputation across channels.
• Develops strategies with marketing and digital teams to bring insights to campaigns.
• Maintains project plans and works with design teams to advance communications.
• Provides executive communications counsel, including message development and strategic presentations.
• Uses insights to promote reputation and align with business goals.
• Defines audiences in collaboration with distributors and managers.
• Upskills communications tools with industry knowledge.
• Focuses on events, communications and initiatives that reinforce value proposition.
