Personify Health is seeking a Director of Brand and Content to set the content strategy for our wellbeing platform and to lead a small team of brand and social managers. You will partner with product marketing to ensure a single voice across the company and product storytelling, while guiding messaging, campaigns, and external communications.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in marketing communications, content, or brand, with at least 3 leading people
• Strong writing portfolio; work samples will be requested
• Experience building content strategy tied to business results
• Experience aligning brand and product messaging with product marketing
• Able to be both strategist and doer; manage agencies without micromanaging
• Clear judgment on messaging and tone; cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in health tech, benefits, wellbeing, or health plan marketing is a plus

• Write/edit high-visibility pieces: executive thought leadership, bylines, narratives
• Build editorial calendars and a repeatable content engine for sales/marketing/product
• Lead brand manager and social manager; ensure consistent voice across channels
• Collaborate with product marketing to unify brand and product messaging
• Oversee PR agency with VP of Integrated Marketing; drive results
• Track engagement, voice share, and pipeline influence; adjust quickly
