Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and provide exceptional service. You will educate customers about products, use your knowledge to inform and inspire, and collaborate with leadership to deliver an omni-channel customer experience.

You will engage customers, drive sales through suggestive selling, and maintain a polished store environment while supporting sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail tech.

Responsibilities
