Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through engaging service and product knowledge. You will educate customers, promote loyalty programs and contribute to a best-in-class in-store experience using an omni-channel approach.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining a neat work environment and supporting all store areas. Able to lift up to 30 lbs and adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Customer-focused service on and off the sales floor.
• Retail experience and passion for helping customers find products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Utilize omni-channel tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Support store operations on the floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house.
