Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a FT Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll educate, inform and wardrobe the customer while delivering a best-in-class experience across in-store and online channels.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet sales goals, promote loyalty, and maintain a neat, organized work area while supporting the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling and omnichannel tools.
