Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features.
• Drive sales through proactive suggestive selling and omni-channel engagement.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Maintain neat, organized work area and handle customer interactions professionally.
