Old Navy in Chicago is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers by delivering excellent service and building loyalty. You’ll educate customers on products, use omni-channel tools, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.

You’ll engage with customers on the sales floor, support inventory and store operations, and promote loyalty programs while keeping the store welcoming and organized.

Formación

• Be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and build brand loyalty.
• Comfort with using technology tools and omni-channel features.
