Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering exceptional service across channels and educating customers on products. You will collaborate with leadership to create a best-in-class shopping experience and drive loyalty.

The role requires a passion for retail, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team committed to making fashion accessible for all.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for retail and helping customers find the right products.
• Problem solver who adapts to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to use retail technology and operate POS systems.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office, lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and deliver a best-in-class experience across channels.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate customers about benefits.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions courteously and resolve issues.
