Old Navy in Oklahoma is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers, deliver friendly service, educate shoppers about products, and guide them through an omni-channel experience.

Work with leadership to create a best-in-class customer experience, promote loyalty programs, support sales floor and fitting room operations, and keep a neat, organized work center with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Customer-focused service provider on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
