Old Navy in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through friendly service, knowledgeable product guidance and an omni-channel experience.

You will educate customers about loyalty programs, drive sales with thoughtful, suggestive selling, maintain a clean, organized store, support all areas of operations, and contribute to a welcoming team culture every day.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps and registers.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to stand, walk and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and engage with customers to drive sales.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product information.
• Support store operations on the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
• Utilize omnichannel tools to enhance the customer experience.
