Job summary

Old Navy in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll educate customers about products, assist with omni-channel shopping, and deliver a best-in-class experience on the sales floor.

You'll work with a supportive team, share knowledge about our loyalty programs, and help achieve store goals while maintaining a neat, organized workspace and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and meet sales goals.
• Experience using POS systems and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers about products.
• Drive sales with suggestive selling and loyalty program education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team and achieve store goals.
