Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate shoppers about products, loyalty programs and omnichannel options to drive sales and loyalty.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, assist on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, and help with daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Experience in retail preferred in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.
• Educate customers on products and loyalty programs to drive sales.
• Assist customers using omnichannel options to complete purchases.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and service standards.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house as needed.
• Maintain neat, clean and organized workstations.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously.
• Execute store operations efficiently and accurately.
