Job summary

Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Florence, KY to bring the brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You’ll learn the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, introduce the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist your colleagues to get the job done.
