Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making guests' day better. You’re the face of our company, love AE & Aerie products, and will educate guests while building brand loyalty.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, using the AE Selling Model, providing exceptional service, resolving concerns, and upholding company policies with integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people in fast-paced retail environments.
• Wamiliarity with AE & Aerie products is a plus.
• Able to explain product features and make recommendations.
• Commitment to brand standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model and help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and offer suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a great store experience.
