Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Simpsonville, KY. You will bring the AE and Aerie shopping experience to life, helping guests find products and building brand loyalty with a friendly, energetic vibe.

As the face of the brand, you’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, learn our selling model, and promote the loyalty program while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Age 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a friends first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Team player who's willing to help in #gettingthejobdone.
• Uphold integrity and AEO policies & procedures.
